Highfield
Highfield is a small residential care home for adults with learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and mental health needs.
Highfield is situated just adjacent to Northampton town centre and community amenities including shops, recreational and leisure facilities. Northampton is within easy access of London by road at both Junction 15 and 15A of the M1 motorway and by train from London Euston and other mainline stations.
All accommodation is provided in single rooms and there is a decent sized garden attached to the property.
Highfield provides a service for adults of either sex seeking to improve their independent living skills who will be encouraged to aim to move on to more independent forms of living. For those unable or unwilling to do so the home is able to provide a medium or long term care service.
The home serves as a base for day opportunities and is also able to give access to Mentaur Day Opportunities Resource Centre in Kingsthorpe.
